Alitvy automates the pre and post flight journey with easy booking, pre and post-flight information recording allowing us to create your post flight records automatically all the way through to invoicing, maintenance updates, safety issue recording and regulatory reporting.

Andrew Jurgens

Founder & CEO

Andrew is a progressive thought leader and a commercially astute executive with a history of successes leading business growth and transformation through digital innovation as a an experienced Chief Digital Officer.

For years he's had a passion for flying and as a Private Pilot, he could see all the manual and paper-based steps required to manage a student, pilot, aircraft and organisation above the minimum regulatory requirements. As a Chief Digital Officer he saw the opportunity to bring airline style digital technology to General Aviation.

He had a vision that a digital platform could enhance engagement through an easy to use workflows that followed great safety principles designed in partnership at all levels within the General Aviation industry, Altivy was born!

Rob McDonald

Director - Unicloud / Commercial Pilot and Instructor

Unicloud is the strategic partner to Altivy providing Learning Management and support as Altivy grows.

Rob is an experienced executive and leader across different sectors, driving large teams to achieve success through leadership and empowered cultures. Rob established Unicloud providing industry leading facilities maintenance and business management software to some of New Zealand’s largest enterprises.

He is Commercial Pilot and Flight Instructor with Multi Engine and IFR / Night Instructor endorsements. Rob couldn’t find a platform focused on learning excellence to professionally manage his students and flight training records. So Rob and the Unicloud team created the Learning Management System (LMS) that is now baked into Altivy Learning focused on delivering a beautiful experience for Students, Instructors and their organisations.

Jane Campbell

Maintenance Operations

Jane is an experienced technical, compliance and operations manager with a demonstrated history working in the airlines/aviation and industrial maintenance industries. Skilled in Airworthiness compliance, Engineering, Maintenance, and Aviation. New Zealand Civil Aviation Authority licensed aircraft engineer, with executive education obtaining a PGDipBus at the University of Auckland Business School.

She brings her substantial experience across the airline, aviation and industrial maintenance industries to Altivy, along with her passion for business transformation, change management, planning and reliability monitoring and anything mechanical!

Working within a highly regulated environment that demands rigorous attention to safety and airworthiness is "just another day in the office". Jane works collaboratively with our design staff and customers around aircraft fleet compliance matters and processes to minimise risk and on strategic and tactical initiatives to achieve operational excellence.
